Housing Partners International is a Limited Liability Corporation (“LLC”) based in Las Vegas, Nevada. HPI has exclusive access to a Building System which has been used for more than 35 years. This Building System has been used to build hundreds of buildings and structures in over 30 countries worldwide including but not limited to the U.S, South America, the Caribbean and Asia. These buildings and structures built with the Building System have survived fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and typhoons without a single building failure. The systems have undergone seismic, shear and strength tests.
Molds can be fabricated in a range of sizes to cast different types of panels, including walls, floors, roofs, stairs and more. The Molds can be designed and manufactured to produce “perfect” reinforced concrete panels of practically any size and shape (i.e., only limited by one’s imagination and laws of physics). HPI can produce a variety of Mold types and sizes (up to 3m x 10m) and related equipment to construct just about any “super-structure” (walls, floors, roof and stairs) and location or load requirements. Our Building System is very scalable, and HPI can directly control the number of homes built per day. For each project, the number of houses built per day is a function of: 1) the size of the house and the number of panels required to build house of this size; and 2) how many Molds are deployed to build houses. For example, if it takes 8 panels to build one house and the developer wants to build 10 houses a day, the developer would need to deploy 80 Molds per day to reach its target.
The Molds are lightweight and portable which can be easily transported around the world by truck, railroad and ship.
No skilled labor is required (e.g., carpenters, masons, welders, etc.) and local unskilled workers can be trained in hours.
The unique dome and rib pattern of the Mold eliminates up to 60% of the concrete and steel, cutting the cost tremendously.
Even with 60% fewer raw materials like steel, the panels are extremely strong while using minimum reinforcement.
Can be deployed quickly on a job site or from the factory--producing affordable and durable housing in days rather than months.
The concrete materials are highly durable, especially from natural disaster, use natural minerals, and produce better indoor air quality.
HPI is a Nevada based Limited Liability Company. HPI is a company focused on the construction of affordable houses around the world. Unlimited opportunities exist. Through Joint Ventures, HPI has developed a business model that employs a patented, precision-engineered, pre-cast concrete modular-building system that can quickly build large numbers of houses at very affordable prices. Apart from the speed of construction, our system provides a quality low cost, highly durable, maintenance free and an environmentally sound product. Our modular homes and commercial buildings are designed to withstand the most severe natural disasters.
